1.1 Duration of the Promotion
From 18 April – 30 June 2018 inclusive (Promotion Period), any existing customer who refers a friend who places a order for any Australia Broadband NBN plan (Eligible Plan) through the Australia Broadband website or over the phone will be eligible to receive the Promotion Benefits described in clause 1.3 of these special conditions.
1.2 Eligibility
In order to be eligible, you must:
a. be an existing Australia Broadband customer with an active NBN or ADSL service
b. refer a friend and your friend uses the promo code we provided to you by email and SMS during the sign up process
Your personalised promo code (Promo Code) for your friend to use during the sign up process will the mobile number you have registered on your Australia Broadband account. If your friend does not use your Promo Code, you will be ineligible for the Promotion Benefits. If you have not received your Promo Code, please contact us and we’ll send you your Promo Code.
c. your friend subscribes to an Eligible Plan during the Promotional Period
d. we are able to activate an NBN service at your friends address
d. your friend maintains an active Australia Broadband NBN subscription for 1 month (excluding any pro-rata period between the day your service is active and the end of the month) (Eligibility Period).
On or shortly after your activation date, we will bill you from the date of activation to the end of the month. This is called a pro-rata bill. For example, if your ordered an NBN Max (100/40) plan for $95 per month and your service is activated on the 25th of the month, you will be billed pro-rata charge of $18.60 to pay for 6 days of service from the 25th to the the 31st (or the end of the month). This Pro-rata period is excluded from the Eligibility Period.

1.3 Promotion Benefits
During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customers will receive one (1) $50 gift card. (Promotion Benefit)
After the Promotion Period, the Eligible Customers will not receive the Promotion Benefit.
Any other product renewals, upgrades or vouchers within the Eligibility Period are excluded from the Promotion Benefit.
1.4 Terms and Conditions
a. Limit of one (1) $50 credit per friend and per service address. If a customer or service address has two (2) or more services, you will only receive one (1) $50 gift card.
b. Offer is non-transferable or exchangeable.
c. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
d. Offer is not redeemable for cash.
e. Please allow 2 weeks from confirmation of eligibility for the gift card to send to your email.
f. Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Customers who take up the offer are taken to agree to these Terms and Conditions. If a person does not agree he or she is required to expressly inform the Promoter and will be disqualified from this offer.
g. The Promoter and its associated agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, the use of a reward or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter, its associated agencies or any person associated with any of them, except to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law.
h. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law to:
– disqualify any claimant; or
– modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
i. The Promoter has the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse to accept or vary or discontinue this offer without notice.
