We understand sometimes things happen and we’ll do you best to help. If you need more time to pay, please email cm@australiabroadband.net.au or SMS “PER” to 0419798028 within 6 days of your payment date and include your request proposed date you would like to pay your bill. For example: “PER 10/03/2018”

Important

If you don’t contact us before your account is suspended, we may not be able to reactivate your without payment of your overdue balance. If you do need more time to pay, it is important that you contact us before the 1st of the month and before your service is suspended.

A team member will review your payment extension request and will send a confirmation email to let you know if your request has been successful.

You can also call us on 1300 626 325 and select Option 3 (existing customers) then Option 3 (for customer care) to talk through your options. Overdue accounts may still incur a Late Payment Fee even if you have made a payment arrangement.
