Quick answer:  If you need to view your bill, simply login to Australia Broadband Online and head to ($) Billing. This will display your account balance, account status and any unpaid bills.

Login to Australia Broadband Online and head to ($) Billing.  This will display your account balance, account status and any unpaid bills. Your Australia Broadband account number will also show under your name.

 

The account screen will show your Account Name, Account Number, Account Status, Account Balance and any unpaid bills.

How do I view an itemised bill on Australia Broadband Online?

Only unpaid bills appear in the ($) Billing section on Australia Broadband Online. To view the itemised charges, simply click on the invoice number.

How do I view an itemised PDF bill on Australia Broadband Online?

You can view a PDF version by clicking on the PDF or Adobe icon on the top right corner of the screen.

You download a copy of the PDF bill, click on the download icon in the top right corner of the screen. 

How do I pay my account balance?

To pay your account balance, head to ($) Billing and click on Pay all invoices. You’ll then be prompted to enter your credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). Enter your payment details and click Process.

If you need to go back to the prior screen, simply click on the back button on your browser.

Processed in real-time

Payments are processed in real-time. If your payment is declined, this will mean your payment has been declined by your bank or financial institution or you may have used an invalid card number. It is therefore important to check to ensure you have used the correct card number.

If you have more than one unpaid bill, but you only want to pay a specific bill (and not your total account balance), you’ll need to view the itemised charges of the bill you want to pay and click on Pay this invoice (from the itemised bill screen).
