Australia Broadband takes your privacy seriously and we will only retain customer data in line with legitimate law enforcement, billing, and customer service obligations.
We certainly don’t monitor your activities.
In line with our obligations under telecommunications legislation and the Privacy Act, Australia Broadband does not keep your web browsing history, download records, or copies of your emails and phone calls.
We do keep a copy of your interactions with us, such as emails, to assist us in meeting our commitment of excellent customer service.
There is some data we need to retain for specific purposes, such as billing. Once we no longer need that data, we will destroy it, in complying with our privacy obligations.

In Australia Broadband view, we should not be forced to collect, store or match personal information on behalf of third parties – our only obligation is to retain the information necessary to provide, maintain and bill for services. Any data not required to meet these needs is destroyed.
